Destress the Mess - Matts & Tangles

Working out matts and stubborn tangles can be stressful for both groomer and pet. Cate recommends the close-open-close (or conditioner-shampoo-condition) technique to gently de-matt and untangle pet hair.

Start with PEK, or other Fruit of the Groomer PEK, and add a few drops of K101. Massage into the matts while the pet is in the tub.

Use your dryer to "force" in the product into the matted area and let the product sit for at least 20 minutes. Rinse and continue with shampoo and final conditioner step.
